CEPT dhe operatorët vizitorë
Ky vend është anëtar i CEPT-it dhe zbaton T/R 61-01. Një licencë kombëtare e vlefshme për këtë qëllim mund të lejojë përdorim të përkohshëm në vende të tjera pjesëmarrëse sipas rregullave të vendit pritës; ajo nuk zëvendëson licencën e banorit. Klasa e licencës duhet të kualifikohet. [4] [5]

Official procedure
- Register online with AKEP for an amateur examination at basic, Novice, or HAREC level; the regulation includes the exam-registration form in Annex 2. AKEP examination and licence regulation [1]
- Pass every examination subject at the required 75% threshold and obtain AKEP's competence certificate. Official procedure [1]
- Send the individual amateur-licence form online to AKEP with a copy of the competence certificate; the form appears in Annex 7. Official procedure [1]

- Cost
- Under Council of Ministers decision 599/2010 (amended 2020), the amateur certificate costs 500 lek and the station permit with call sign 500 lek, 1,000 lek in total; the table is headed annual payments. The exam fee itself was not found. [7] [8]
- Processing time
Official timeframe: AKEP decides a complete online licence application within seven days; incomplete submissions are returned for correction within five days. This does not include the wait for an exam date. [1]

CEPT and visiting operators
This is a CEPT member that implements T/R 61-01. A qualifying national licence may allow temporary operation in other participating places under the host rules; it does not replace a resident licence. The licence class must be eligible. [4] [5]
