ขั้นตอนทางการ
- เลือกสนามสอบและสมัครสอบเพื่อรับประกาศนียบัตรพนักงานวิทยุสมัครเล่นขั้นต้นผ่านระบบ One Stop Service ของ กสทช. ตามกำหนดการปี 2569 ขั้นตอนทางการ [7]
- เมื่อสอบผ่านและได้รับประกาศนียบัตรแล้ว ให้ยื่นคำขอใบอนุญาตพนักงานวิทยุคมนาคม (สมัครเล่น) ด้วยแบบ คท.2 ต่อสำนักงาน กสทช. ขั้นตอนทางการ [8]

- The NBTC service portal lists the initial certificate at THB 300 (exam only) to 1,000 (training plus exam), plus the operator licence at THB 200 + 7% VAT = 214: roughly THB 514 to 1,214. Station and equipment licence fees are not included and were not verified. [9] [8] [10]
- Processing time
Official timeframe: NBTC's service guide states 45 minutes for the radio-operator licence procedure after submitting a complete application. This excludes training, exam scheduling and examination results. [8]
